The Accelerate Project aims to signpost/help union members back into education. Shop Stewards will be trained to become Learner Representatives. Once trained the Learner Representative will be able to advise, guide and support workers who want to return to educational, be it vocational or non-vocational. So far hundreds of workers have taken up the educational challange from Tesco's to Morrisons, from Argos, to Alders, from a host of engineering companies to many retail outlets.
